Bio
Michael A. Steidl practiced law for two years before co-founding Sowell, Stevenson, and Steidl in 2015. Prior to practicing law, Mike was a Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Army, serving two deployments in Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) and receiving the Bronze Star for exemplary service in a combat environment. Today, Mike practices Personal Injury, Worker’s Compensation, Criminal Defense and Family law.
Continuing his desire to serve others that started with his military service, Steidl strives to help his clients, whatever situation they find themselves in.
Mike was born in Ohio, and graduated high school in Tennessee. After graduation, Mike attended Western Kentucky University where he graduated magna cum laude. He also graduated cum laude from the University of Tennessee School of Law.
In his spare time, Steidl enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, attending WKU sporting events, and volunteering with his church.
