Timothy L. Stevenson
Lawyers should do one or two things, but do those one or two things at the highest level.
Tim has had one primary focus since leaving law school – litigating cases to successful resolution. From the first day he began to practice law, Tim has accumulated “first chair” level experience in personal injury and insurance cases.
When you’ve been hurt by someone or some company’s negligence, you need a lawyer that will handle your case from the beginning to the end. Tim prides himself on looking at all the factors in a case, before deciding what course of action to take. If a case can be resolved prior to litigation, that is almost always the best course of action – however, if a case needs to be handled in court, Tim will gladly pursue it until the client’s goals are met.
Tim is most proud of the cases that he has handled that other attorneys have turned down. Tim has an education that allows him to go “toe to toe” with the best attorneys in the state. He has successfully obtained six figure recoveries in cases other attorneys had either investigated and withdrawn from or advised that they didn’t see a way to recover money.
Whether your’ve been hurt in something as simple as a car crash or as complicated as a workplace accident, Tim can help guide you to a successful resolution in your situation. If you want a lawyer who will fight so you don’t have to, give Tim a call.
